Sky Views Dubai — Observation Deck and Glass Slide

Enjoy views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai from 219.5 metres above the ground. Located on levels 52–53 of Address Sky View, the observatory features a glass floor and a transparent slide connecting the 53rd and 52nd floors.

Tickets and Prices

• $23 — adult: observation deck, glass floor and one glass slide ride.
• $19 — child aged 3–8: the same package.
• $131 — Edge Walk package: observation deck, one glass slide ride and a walk along the building’s outer edge with a safety harness.

Activity Restrictions

Glass Slide: height 120–200 cm; weight 30–150 kg. These requirements also apply to children. Mobile phones and sharp jewellery must be stored in the designated pouch during the ride.

Edge Walk: ages 12–65; height 130–200 cm; weight 30–120 kg. Participants under 18 require parental consent, with the parent present in person. Pregnant guests cannot participate; health restrictions apply.

Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses and high heels are not suitable for these activities.

Getting There

Address: Address Sky View, Tower 1, Downtown Dubai. The entrance is next to the residential entrance. The nearest metro station is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall. Simply show your e-ticket on your phone.

Useful Tips

Allow around one hour for the observatory or approximately 1.5 hours with Edge Walk. For sunset visits during peak season, book entry around 90 minutes before sunset, as there may be a queue for the slide. Visibility depends on the weather. Advance booking secures your time slot but does not eliminate waiting times.
